Grand Cone: Innovation

This digital spot introduces a redesigned Grand Cone. The camera stays close to the materials while chocolate moves across the surface and reveals the new crown-shaped top.

We wanted the change to be visible without turning the film into a technical explanation. The camera moves through textures and fragments of the form, holding back the full shape until the audience already knows what to look for.

I made the 3D animation and sound design. The product needed to read clearly while still belonging to the darker visual world of the Grand line. Controlling the highlights, the weight of the chocolate and the timing of each reveal was the core of the work.
